I do believe it should be legalized, controlled and heavily taxed. To me, it's a no-brainer. If it is decriminalized the financial implications are 2-fold. No more supporting pot users and dealers while they are incarcerated, to say nothing of the cost of prosecution. AND the revenue from tax.
